At Voisutra, your privacy is our core competency. We build our tools on the principle that your voice and your thoughts belong to you. This policy outlines what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Data Collection and Usage

When you use Voisutra, we process your voice input to generate text. How this happens depends on your settings:

• Offline Mode: Your voice is processed entirely on your device. No audio data ever leaves your computer.
• Cloud Transcription (Default): Your audio is sent to our servers for transcription. It is processed in memory and immediately discarded after the text is returned to you.

2. Personal Dictionary & Snippets

Words, names, and templates you add to your Personal Dictionary or Snippet Library are stored securely to provide you with consistent functionality across devices. This data is encrypted and tied exclusively to your account.

3. Data Controls (Your Rights)

You have total control over your data. Inside the Voisutra app, you can:

• Export your entire Personal Dictionary and Snippet Library.
• Delete your account and all associated data with a single click.
• Toggle between cloud processing and strictly on-device offline processing.

4. Analytics

We collect anonymized, aggregate usage data to understand how the app is performing (e.g., crash reports, feature usage metrics). This data cannot be traced back to your individual voice or text data.
